Sports treatments are for amateur or professional sports people - runners, gym users, or specific sport participants, looking to alleviate stresses and strains or to address a specific injury. Competitive or fitness treatment aids prevention of injury, pre and post event; maintenance; improvement of performance or aid quick recovery.

Remedial is a great way to prevent or treat injuries, pain, niggles and soreness caused by everyday life, over doing it on the dance floor, gardening, walking, DIY or just a twinge and niggles. This can be specific or general.

Well-Being treatments are great for general aches and pains, rest and relaxation, combating stresses and strains; helping to calm, unwind, more balanced mental wellness, promoting health.

All treatments use a variety of techniques which can include deep tissue, myofascial, MET, cupping, trigger pointing.
